Poly Amazon Connect CCP (Contact Control Panel) enables remote call control for all Poly headsets that are compatible with Amazon Connect and Poly Hub.

Prerequisites:

1. Install Poly Hub - Hub provides advanced features required for Amazon Connect deployments with Poly endpoints.
2. Add the URL of this page as a known origin in the Amazon Connect settings (For more info see the “Getting Started, Whitelisting” section of the Amazon Connect Streams Documentation)

Help Getting Started:

1. Firefox Users may see “Error connecting to Plantronics Hub” in the debug log. To resolve visit this URL from Firefox, then click Advanced > Add Exception.
2. If the Amazon Connect CCP login opens in a second Tab, sign in from that Tab, then close the Tab, then refresh the main window.
